  • Milestone-Based Projects: Refunds are not provided for completed and approved milestones

Subscription Services

Training and Workshops

For training sessions, workshops, and educational services:

  • 50% Refund: Available if cancelled 7-14 days before the scheduled date
  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date
  • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling is available up to 7 days before the event
